A BIBLIOMETRIC VIEW ON VALUES EDUCATION STUDIES IN THE INTERNATIONAL ARENA

Values education is an accepted field of study in the world today. The cultural ties that values has due to its nature are also reflected studies carried out. Based on necessity determining trend world, this research aims bring a bibliometric view field. For purpose, 256 articles indexed Web Science from 2005 2021 were analyzed. As result analysis, distribution by years and journals, prominent articles, authors, institutions, links between them mapped. It been observed journal "Educational Sciences Theory Practice" stands out terms number documents "Teaching Teacher Education" ranks first citations it receives. most influential authors Thornberg, R., Lovat, T., Clement, N. Among countries, determined Australia both expression “values education” preferred keyword. was followed words “values” “moral education”. cooperation networks institutions countries weak.
